Role Overview

The Quality Assurance Manager oversees QAM’s quality systems and inspection programs across client projects in the semiconductor, bio-pharmaceutical, and industrial sectors. This role is responsible for maintaining consistency across inspection teams, upholding QAM’s quality standards, and acting as the primary point of accountability for project quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the QA/QC Quality System Program across active projects
  • Review and approve inspection reports, test data, and documentation before client submission
  • Lead and mentor inspection engineers and field teams to ensure consistent standards
  • Liaise with clients on quality requirements, audit findings, and corrective actions
  • Conduct internal audits and supplier quality assessments as needed
  • Ensure compliance with ASME, ASTM, and other relevant industry standards

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in QA/QC, with prior team leadership experience
  • Strong working knowledge of industry standards (ASME, ASTM) and validation processes
  • Experience in semiconductor, bio-pharmaceutical, or industrial facility inspection preferred
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and travel to site as required

  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, and equipment logistics across active engagements
  • Serve as a communication point between clients, inspection engineers, and management
  • Track project documentation, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion
  • Assist with preparing quotations, proposals, and client reports
  • Monitor project budgets and flag scope changes or delays
  • Support onboarding of new projects, including scheduling site access and permits

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in inspection, testing, or industrial services
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in project tracking tools and standard office software
  • Good communication skills for coordinating across clients and internal teams
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and time-sensitive project needs
