What services does QAM provide in Singapore? QAM offers third-party QA/QC inspection, leak testing, particle counting, analytical services, compressed air quality testing, and consulting & training, primarily for semiconductor, bio-pharmaceutical, and industrial facilities.

What industries do you specialize in? We focus on semiconductor, bio-pharmaceutical, and broader industrial facility systems, supporting facility owners, contractors, and equipment vendors across Singapore and the wider Asia region.

How sensitive is your leak testing equipment? Our helium mass spectrometry leak detection equipment can identify leak rates as small as 1×10⁻¹¹ std. cc/sec, allowing us to test everything from small precision-engineered components to large industrial and HVAC systems.

What is a QAR (Quality Assurance Representative) service? Our QAR service acts as the client’s on-site eyes and ears, monitoring and controlling system installation and commissioning through the start-up and construction phases of a project.

Do you provide particle counting for cleanrooms as well as process systems? Yes. We provide particle analysis for process gases, process chemicals, and process water systems, as well as particle counting for air and cleanroom environments.

Can you test compressed air systems? Yes. Our compressed air testing services detect trace moisture, oil content (liquid, vapor, and aerosols), particle content, and microbial contamination.

Do you offer training as well as inspection services? Yes. Many of our long-term clients engage us specifically to help develop their internal staff, procedures, and processes to meet their own quality goals, in addition to project-based inspection work.

How experienced is QAM? QAM was established in 1994 in Dallas, Texas, and has since grown into an international provider of specialized QA/QC services, having completed 100+ projects for 55+ global clients.

Do you work with contractors and vendors, or only facility owners? We work with all three — facility owners, contractors, and equipment vendors — providing independent, third-party representation and verification throughout a project.
